12.1 - In the makeshift morgue with the Veltro corpses on the table, head for the wall opposite where you enter. The handprint is on the third wooden panel to the left of the fallen grandfather clock. This panel has a massive blood smear over where the Veltro agents were counting down the days.
12.1 - Once you enter Norman's lair, head straight forward to the raised area where he is sitting. The handprint is on the decorative wooden front of the raised section, just above the two crossed wooden beams. Scan this before picking up the evidence or you'll have a very hard time getting it!
